Greece

Greece had the largest representation of any country. In addition to having a very large exhibit at the main entrance, they also had a "scuba demonstration" exhibit in the back. A large pool was on display with scuba divers inside. This attracted the media. The funny thing is, Greece is not a good scuba location. At their main exhibit they had the country split into regions. Each region had it's own space, tour operators/representation, brochures, DVDs, etc. Should also be noted that New York has a very large Greek community.
